Donetsk, Aug 23 – DAN. The DPR Court Martial has reviewed 15 criminal cases filed against servicemen of the Republic over the year, said deputy chairman of the Supreme Court, chairman of the Court Martial Nikolay Tokarenko.
"Since 1 January to 30 June the Court Martial registered 55 criminal cases against 104 persons, 80 of them are under arrest; 15 cases against 25 persons have been reviewed, 20 of the suspects were under arrest."
He said court rulings have been issued over nine cases regarding 13 people 10 of them under arest.
The Court Martial was established under the aegis of the DPR Supreme Court on 21 April 2015, and started working as a Supreme Court chamber in January 2016. *ot
