Donetsk, Feb 13 - DAN. Donetsk police detained a curfew violator who had explosives on him in the city’s Kaliniskiy district, the Republic’s Interior Ministry press service reported on Tuesday.
“A Donetsk Kaliniskiy district night patrol detained a 22-year-old curfew violator; a cursory inspection found that he had seven objects that looked like explosives,” the press service said.
“The items are ammonite, a civil engineering explosive,” an experts’ conclusion said. The young man claimed the explosives had been given to him by a person he didn’t know well.
Proceedings have been filed under DPR Criminal Code article over acquisition, passing, sale or keeping of firearms, its parts or ammunition which envisions a penalty of up to four years in prison and a fine.*jk
