Donetsk, Oct 11 — DAN. Russia’s Federal Treasury has opened its regional office in the Donetsk People’s Republic on Tuesday, DPR government Chairman Vitaly Khotsenko said.
“The Federal Treasury department for the Donetsk People’s Republic is beginning operation in our region, ” Khotsenko said. “Federal Treasury deputy head Alexander Demidov shared the momentous occasion with the staff.”
He expressed confidence that the Treasury department would cope with all its tasks quickly and successfully in the interests of residents.
The Treasury office opened at 38 Artyom Street in Donetsk.
Russia’s Federal Treasury implements the federal budget and provides payment and cash services in implementation of budgets, as well as preliminary and current control of operations involving the use of federal budget money by chief controllers, administrators and budget money recipients.*jk
