Donetsk, Oct 16 — DAN. Russia has earmarked 2.7 trillion rubles to support the domestic industry within the next three years, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said at the session of the parliament committee on budget and taxes on Monday.
“We’ll support the key sectors of the economy: radio electronics and aircraft and ship building, ” Siluanov said.
He said that 66.4 billion rubles would be allocated to develop the drone industry. By 2025, 41 percent of UAVs must be branded “Made in Russia.” Another 128 billion rubles will be allocated for the machine tool industry project.
Siluanov earlier said that the Russian budget would meet all its obligations to the population. *jk
