DPR earmarks 70 percent of budget 2023 for wages, pensions, benefits — official

Donetsk, Nov 8 — DAN. Donetsk’s People’s Republic will have a two-level budget next year as part of the funding will come from Russia’s federal budget, DPR government chairman Vitaly Khotsenko said on Tuesday.

“The DPR will allocate more than 70 percent of budget money to fund welfare benefits, pensions and wages, ” Khotsenko wrote on Telegram. “Our top priority is social protection and well-being of residents of the region.” *jk
