Donetsk, Jun 4 – DAN. DPR coal enterprises have produced almost 3.2 million tons of coal in the first five months of this year, the Republic’s Coal and Energy Ministry press service said.
“Coal enterprises have produced 3,227,060 tons of coal in January-May,” the Ministry said.
"The mines managed by the Ministry have produced 2,949,405 tons of black gold."
The figures are 14.5 percent higher than it was expected, as in May alone mining enterprises extracted 527,187 tons of coal, surpassing the plan by five percent.
The Torezantratsit, Donetsk Coal and Energy Company, Komsomolets Donbassa mining enterprises have shown the highest results.
In the Q1 of the year state-owned coal companies produced over two mln tons of coal.*ot
