Donetsk, Jun 21 — DAN. The State Defense Committee (GKO) of the Donetsk People’s Republic has prohibited the registration of the legal entities controlled by residents of the countries which are unfriendly to the DPR and Russia.

GKO Resolution No 107 of June 3, 2022, posted on the DPR Head’s official website late on Monday came into force from the date of publication. It says that the Republic denies registration to the legal entities whose executives, founders or beneficiaries are residents of the unfriendly or offshore countries.

The list of these countries is attached to the document and includes Great Britain, the USA, EU countries and Ukraine (except the liberated areas).

The legal entities which have completed the registration procedure have two months to dismiss the persons or founders that belong to the above groups. The legal entity will stop operation if it fails to comply with these regulations.

The Administration of the DPR Head explained that the measures envisioned in the GKO resolution are aimed at ensuring DPR economic interests and security.*jk
