Donetsk, May 17 — DAN. Donetsk People’s Republic companies’ average monthly cash turnovers through Promsvyazbank (PSB) have exceeded 56 billion rubles, the PSB press service told the Donetsk News Agency on Wednesday.
“The average monthly turnover on PSB settlements accounts opened in the Donetsk People’s Republic tops 56 billion rubles, ” the press service said. “A DPR business can connect to PSB settlement and acquiring services including cost recovery, issue corporate bank cards and do payroll projects.”
“The number of settlement accounts and larger cash flows show that business begins to develop ties with companies in other Russian regions and boosts sales as population incomes stabilize and consumer demand grows, ” the press service quoted PSB Donetsk Director Alexander Bobrik as saying.
Earlier reports said that entrepreneurs and legal entities in the DPR had opened more than 40,000 settlements accounts at PSB.*jk
