Donetsk, Mar 27 — DAN. Investors are interested in bread-making, confectionery and meat production business in the Donetsk People’s Republic, First Deputy Chairman of the regional government Rustam Mingazov said in an interview with the Donetsk News Agency.
“Investments in agribusinesses reached one billion rubles and 623 million rubles were invested in the food industry. We plan to step work in this area in 2023, ” Mingazov said.
The authorities are considering bread-making, confectionery and meat production investment projects, he said adding that bread production would be launched in Mariupol.
The agricultural sector is expected to increase production by at least 5 percent a year as is the whole DPR industry.*jk
