Donetsk, Jan 20 — DAN. Russian forces have destroyed two enemy artillery ammunition dumps and a hangar with weapons and military equipment, said Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov in comments on special military operation results in the past 24 hours.

“On the Kupyansk axis, Western Military District warplanes and artillery inflicted damage on units of the Ukrainian army’s 14th and 92nd Mechanized Brigades in the areas of Timkovka, Tabayevka and Berestovoye in the Kharkov region. 

“On the Krasny Liman axis, Central Military District artillery inflicted damage on units of the Ukrainian army’s 92nd and 66th Mechanized Brigades in the areas of Stelmakhovka and Makeyevka of the Lugansk People’s Republic and 95th Air Assault Brigade in the Serebryanka Forestry area, ” the Defense Ministry said. A Ukrainian artillery ammunition dump was destroyed in the Krasny Liman area.

On the Donetsk axis, damage was inflicted on the rocket artillery ammunition dump near the settlement of Zvanovka of the Donetsk People’s Republic. Russian forces also destroyed two “Gvozdika” self-propelled artillery pieces and Giatsint-B and D-20 howitzers.

On the Zaporozhye axis, Eastern Military District units liberated the settlement of Lobkovoye in a successful offensive operation. A hangar with enemy weapons and hardware was destroyed next to Kamenskoye (Zaporozhye region). One American AN/TPQ counterfire radar, one Akatsiya self-propelled howitzer, one D-20 howitzer and one D-30 howitzer were destroyed near Malaya Tokmachka (Zaporozhye region).

On the Kherson axis, one US-made M109“Paladin” howitzer, one D-30 howitzer and one Msta-B howitzer were destroyed.

Russian Air Force shot down a Ukrainian Mi-8 helicopter over the settlement of Posad-Pokrovksoye in the Kherson region. Another enemy Mi-8 helicopter was downed over Lozovaya in the Kharkov region. Five Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed over the past 24 hours in the areas of Chervonopopovka (LPR), Berdyansk (Zaporozhye region) and Kirillovka and Zelyony Gai (DPR). Six HIMARS and “Uragan” MLRS missiles were intercepted in the Mirnoye and Lyubimovka settlement areas (Zaporozhye region).*jk
