Ukrainian strikes affect 1,149 buildings in DPR this year

Donetsk, Dec 29 – DAN. Ukrainian shelling destroyed or damaged 1,149 buildings in the DPR, DPR Operations Command deputy commander Eduard Basurin said on Friday.

"During the year, 1,149 buildings and infrastructure objects sustained damage or have been destroyed by Kiev's strikes."

Overall, 15,484 ceasefire violations by Ukrainian forces have been recorded this year.

The members of the Contact Group held a meeting on December 20 in Minsk and agreed to another comprehensive, durable and indefinite ceasefire coming into force at midnight December 23 (1.00 a.m. DPR time). The DPR has confirmed its commitment to silence guns. *ot
