Donetsk, Mar 22 – DAN. Ukrainian military make people living in Kiev-controlled territories sign army enlistment contracts, DPR Operations Command deputy commander Eduard Basurin said on Wednesday.
"We receive plenty of complaints from the residents of townships on the contact line, in particular Kurakhovo and Avdeevka, they say that armed men invade their homes and make males from 18 to 64 years old sign army or national guard enlistment contracts."
Basurin said the reason behind was the lack of personnel in Ukrainian units.
He emphasized, that the residents who suffered Kiev's oppression addressed DPR Command to help them spread the word on the brutality, as local authorities distance themselves and pretend not to notice the violations of human rights.*ot
