Donetsk, Apr 9 - DAN. Ukrainian armed formations violated the ceasefire 11 times over the past 24 hours firing more than 100 rounds of ammunition at the Donetsk People’s Republic territory, the DPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination reported on Thursday.

“Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian armed formations violated the ceasefire 11 times expending 118 rounds of ammunition,” the report said.

Strikes were delivered at the Trudovskaya Colliery and Zhabichevo settlements and the Yasnoye village on the Donetsk axis, the Zaitsevo, 6/7 Colliery and Krutaya Balka settlements on the Gorlovka axis and the outskirts of the Petrovskoye and Kominternovo villages on the Mariupol axis, the JCCC said.

A hit at the yard of the house at 19 Krasnykh Partizan Street in Gorlovka’s Zaitsevo neighborhood was recorded. Several domestic animals were killed and the house frontage and windows were damaged.

The enemy used 82mm and 120mm mortars, grenade launchers and high calibre small arms. The amount of expended ammunition of calibre up to 12.7mm is not added to overall daily statistics.

In the previous reporting period, Ukrainian army units violated the ceasefire nine times firing 90 rounds of ammunition at the DPR territory.*jk
