Donetsk, Oct 26 - DAN. Ukrainian armed formations violated the ceasefire on the contact line with the Donetsk People’s Republic once over the past 24 hours, the DPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) reported on Tuesday.
Fire was delivered at Kominternovo settlement on the Mariupol axis. Kiev forces used grenade launchers and large calibre machine guns. Two rounds of ammunition were fired.
“Ukraine ignored the DPR’s attempts at the JCCC to use the coordination mechanism to quickly establish a ceasefire,” the DPR Office said.
Earlier on Tuesday, the Ukrainian army delivered a mortar strike at a village in southern DPR. On top of that, a gas pipe was damaged at Donetsk’s Zasyadko coal mine in shelling by Ukrainian forces. *jk
