Ukrainian forces fire 100 artillery, mortar rounds at DPR over 24 hours - Basurin

Donetsk, Aug 24 - DAN. Ukrainian forces fired more than 100 artillery and mortar rounds at DPR frontline areas over the past 24 hours, DPR Operations Command deputy commander Eduard Basurin said on Thursday.

“The enemy fired 31 120mm mortar rounds and 51 82mm mortar rounds on Donetsk axis,” Basurin said. ”On Mariupol axis, the enemy fired 21 120mm and 82mm mortar rounds.”

A woman was wounded in Lukovo village, Telmanovskiy district on Thursday morning as Kiev forces shelled the area. Ukrainian army units violated the ceasefire 33 times over the past 24 hours, DPR Operations Command said.*jk
