Donetsk, Oct 2 – DAN. Ukrainian army has reinforced its outside Mariupol with tanks and armored vehicles, DPR Operations Command deputy commander Eduard Basurin said on Monday.
"Our intelligence reported the enemy reinforcing its positions with armored vehicles outside Mariupol, as four T-64BV and five infantry fighting vehicles have been relocated there."
Intelligence also reported Kiev forces mining the territory adjacent to Pavlopol and Pischevik in southern DPR.
"Ukrainian engineers use improvised explosive devices and do not make any maps of minefields. It poses threat both for civilians and Ukrainian soldiers."
DPR intelligence reports Kiev’s regular deployment of military equipment to the conflict zone. Under The Package of Measures for the Implementation of the Minsk Agreements signed by the Contact Group on February 12, 2015, the sides have to withdraw their artillery systems of 100 mm caliber or more to a distance of 50 kilometers apart from each other, multiple launch rocket systems Tornado, Uragan and Smerch to a distance of 70 kilometers and Tactical Missile Systems Tochka to a distance of 140 kilometers.
