Donetsk, May 4 – DAN. Three children in western Donetsk have been injured in the evening by Ukrainian shellfire, the DPR mission to the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) said.
"Today at 5.35 p.m., Ukrainian armed formations purposefully targeted residential areas of Alexandrovka. They fired 30 rounds of an IFV (BMP-2 type) gun in 15 minutes. Three underage children have been injured," the report reads.
A girl born in 2013 sustained a shrapnel injury to her back; a girl born in 2010, preliminary, sustained a shrapnel injury to her head; another girl born in 2013 sustained a shrapnel injury to her leg.
Two of the children have been taken to the Republican Trauma Center, the third has been hospitalized to the Donetsk Kalinin's Territorial Hospital.*ot
