Donetsk, Apr 27 — DAN. A decision has been made to hold artillery fire in Artyomovsk for the duration of the visit to the town by American journalists, “Wagner” private military company head Yevgeny Prigozhin said on Thursday.
“We’ve received information that ‘Cerberus, ’ the commander of the Ukrainian army’s 57th Brigade is bringing U.S. journalists to Bakhmut (Artyomovsk), ” Prigozhin said in an audio comment disseminated by his press office. “A decision has been made to hold artillery fire so that American reporters can calmly film Bakhmut and leave.”
He warned the Ukrainian commander against bringing reserves to the town under the cover of the visit by foreign reporters.*jk
