Donetsk, Aug 27 – DAN. Ukrainian forces violated ceasefire 15 times over the past week, said DPR People’s Militia deputy chief-of-staff Eduard Basurin.
“Fifteen violations have been recorded over the past week,” he said.
The members of Ukrainian armed forces opened fire on 11 townships using 120 mm, IFVs, grenade launchers and small arms.
The Additional Measures to Strengthen the Ceasefire were signed at the Contact Group meeting on July 22 to reinforce and control the indefinite ceasefire in effect since July 21, 2019, the latest in the series of more than 20 reconfirmation and announcements of the “silence regime”.
