Donetsk, May 17 – DAN. Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire 103 times this week, firing 220 shells, said the head of the DPR People's Militia command press service Daniil Bezsonov.
Over the week, 103 ceasefire violations were recorded; 28 townships came under fire. Overall, 220 rounds were fired.”
Over this period, the enemy used 82 mm and 120 mm caliber mortars, IFVs, grenade launchers and small arms, large caliber machine guns. Of those, 141 shells were of 120 mm caliber.
Nine houses were damaged, as well as power transmission lines.
“Photo and video evidence has been sent to international organizations and the Prosecutor General’s Office,” Bezsonov said.
A new recommitment to the ceasefire in Donbass has come into force on Friday, 1.01 a.m. GMT +3, after the security working group of the Contact Group had agreed to it on the previous day.*ot
