Donetsk has received intelligence that Ukrainian forces have been training commandos to carry out reconnaissance and acts of terror in the zone of the punitive operation ahead of Ukraine’s Independence Day, Donetsk People’s Republic Operations Command spokesman Daniil Bezsonov said on Tuesday.
“Our intelligence received information from trusted sources at the Ukrainian army’s Special Task Force Centre in Berdichev about the beginning of the final stage of the 6-level qualification course in training special task force units,” Bezsonov.
The sabotage squads will be sent to Donbass a week before Independence Day “to prepare and perpetrate acts of terror in the Republics,” he said.
