Donetsk, Jul 14 - DAN. Ukrainian army units violated the ceasefire four times over the past 24 hours, shelling Donetsk People’s Republic settlements on the Gorlovka, Donetsk and Mariupol axes, the DPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination reported on Tuesday.

Strikes were delivered at the Shakhta 6/7 and Zaitsevo settlements in the west and north of Gorlovka, Staromikhailovka in western Donetsk and the Kominternovo village in the south of the Republic. The enemy used 120mm mortars, grenade launchers and small arms; overall, 22 rounds of ammunition with a calibre over 12.7mm were expended (ammunition with a lesser calibre is not added to statistics).

The DPR People’s Militia said that three Ukrainian scouts had tripped mines in Zaitsevo.

Damage was recorded to windows, frontage and roofs of the houses at 33 and 35 Akhamtova Street in Kominteronovo and roofs and fences of the houses at 17, 19 and 21 Pionerskaya Street in Staromikhailovka. Reports on Monday said that a power transmission line had been damaged in the south of the Republic.

In the previous reporting period, Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire three times firing 24 rounds of ammunition at DPR areas. No civilian casualties were reported.*jk
