Donetsk, Mar 16 - DAN - DAN. Ukrainian armed formations have opened fire at the areas of four settlements in the Donetsk People’s Republic over the past 24 hours, the DPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) reported on Tuesday.
“Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian armed formations violated the indefinite ceasefire four times expending 28 rounds of ammunition,” the report said. (The amount of expended ammunition of calibre up to 12.7mm is not added to overall daily statistics - eds Donetsk News Agency).
Fire was delivered at the areas of Zhabunki and Alexandrovka on the Donetsk axis and the outskirts of the Sakhanka and Leninskoye villages on the Mariupol axis, the JCCC said. The enemy used infantry fighting vehicle cannons, grenade launchers and small arms. The JCCC also recorded sniper fire.
In the previous reporting period, the Kiev army opened fire at the DPR territory twice.
The package of tighter ceasefire control measures came into force in Donbass on July 27, 2020. The document bans the use of all weapons, deployment of hardware, special operations, engineer works and unmanned aerial vehicles flights.*jk*pp
