Donetsk, May 20 – DAN. Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire 84 times this week expending 1,050 rounds, said DPR Mission to the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC).
"From May 13 to May 19 - 84 ceasefire violations were recorded; the total number of shells fired on the DPR is 1,050, or 113 ammunition boxes, or 5.9 tons."
Over this period, 122 mm artillery, 82 mm and 120 mm caliber mortars, anti-tank guided missiles were used; one civilian was injured, 11 houses and infrastructural facilities sustained damage.
The JCCC said that in the past 24 hours Kiev forces violated the ceasefire seven times, firing 125 shells.
A new recommitment to the ceasefire in Donbass has come into force on Friday, 1.01 a.m. GMT +3, after the security working group of the Contact Group had agreed to it on the previous day. *ot
