Donetsk, May 6 – DAN. Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire almost 60 times this week expending 1,100 rounds, said DPR representative at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) Ruslan Yakubov.

"From April 29 to May 6, 58 ceasefire violations were recorded; the total number of shells fired on the DPR is 1,085, or 83.4 ammunition boxes, or 5.1 tons."

Over this period, 152 mm artillery, 82 mm and 120 mm caliber mortars, anti-tank guided missiles were used; one civilian was injured, 18 houses and infrastructural facilities sustained damage.
The JCCC said that in the past 24 hours Kiev forces violated the ceasefire seven times, firing 300-plus shells.

A new recommitment to the ceasefire in Donbass has come into force on Friday, 1.01 a.m. GMT +3, after the security working group of the Contact Group had agreed to it on the previous day. *ot
