Donetsk, Jul 15 - DAN. Ukrainian armed formations violated the ceasefire four times over the past 24 hours, the Donetsk People’s Republic Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) reported on Thursday.

“Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire four times expending 28 rounds of ammunition (the amount of expended ammunition of calibre up to 12.7mm is not added to overall daily statistics),” the report said.

Fire was delivered at Staromikhailovka settlement and the Vesyoloye village on the Donetsk axis and Novolaspa on the Mariupol axis. The enemy employed 120mm and 82mm mortars and grenade launchers. The strikes caused damage in western Donetsk, the JCCC said.

In the previous reporting period, Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire five times.

The package of tighter ceasefire control measures has been in effect in Donbass since July 27, 2020. The document bans the use of all weapons, deployment of hardware, special operations, engineer works and unmanned aerial vehicle flights.*jk
