Kiev deploys tanks, MLRS to Mariupol area, reinforces front with rear units - DPR militia

Donetsk, Feb 22 - DAN. The Ukrainian army massed tanks and BM-21 “Grad” multiple rocket launchers in the Mariupol area in southern Donbass, Donetsk People’s Republic People’s Militia deputy commander Eduard Basurin said on Tuesday. 

“We are recording the movement of eight tanks and five BM-21 “Grad” MLRS from the firing range next to the Urzuf settlement to the Mariupol area; missile artillery can perform fire missions at DPR territory from there,” Basurin said.

On February 21, rear units of the Ukrainian army’s 95th and 25th Brigades arrived at the Druzhkovka, Pokrovsk Volnovakha and Zachatovka stations (all are located south of Donetsk) from their bases, he added. *jk
