Donetsk, Sep 6 - DAN. Ukrainian army units violated the ceasefire 19 times over the past 24 hours firing more than 110 rounds of ammunition at the Donetsk People’s Republic territory, the DPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination reported.
“Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian armed formations violated the ceasefire 19 times expending 114 rounds of ammunition,” the report said.
Strikes were delivered at the Gagarin Colliery and Zaitsevo neighbourhoods in Gorlovka, Staromikhailovka in western Donetsk, Dokuchayevsk, Yasinovataya outskirts and the Novaya Maryevka, Petrovskoye, Leninskoye and Sakhanka villages in southern DPR, the JCCC said.
The enemy used 120mm and 82mm mortars, infantry fighting vehicle cannons, grenade launchers and high calibre small arms. The amount of expended ammunition of calibre up to 12.7mm is not added to overall statistics.
In the previous reporting period, Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire 14 times firing more than 200 rounds at DPR areas.*jk
