JCCC: Ukrainian forces shell DPR with over 300 rounds in 24 hours

Donetsk, May 23 – DAN. Ukrainian army units expended over 300 rounds targeting DPR territory in the past 24 hours, violating the ceasefire 11 times, said DPR representative at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) Ruslan Yakubov.

“Ukrainian armed forces fired 328 rounds, the number of violations is 11," he said.

He said the enemy targeted Gorlovka direction (Zaitsevo, Golmovskiy, Verkhnetoretskoye Nizhneye), Dokuchayevsk, Yasinovataya, its outskirts and southern villages using artillery, 120mm mortars, infantry fighting vehicle cannons, armored personnel carrier guns.

Earlier reports said that the enemy's fire had left an elderly civilian woman injured in Yakovlevka outside Yasinovataya. *ot
