Donetsk, Jun 22 - DAN. Kiev army units opened fire at the Donetsk People’s Republic seven times over the past 22 hours, the DPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) reported on Tuesday.
“Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian armed formations violated the indefinite ceasefire seven times expending 27 rounds of ammunition (The amount of expended ammunition of calibre up to 12.7mm is not added to overall daily statistics - eds Donetsk News Agency),” the report said.
The enemy employed 120mm and 82mm mortars, RPG and SPG grenade launchers and small arms. The Staromikhailovka and Lozovoye settlements came under fire.
As a result, three DPR militiamen were killed and one was wounded. The ambulance sent to the scene came under fire as well which left one person dead and four wounded.
The package of tighter ceasefire control measures came into force in Donbass on July 27, 2020. The document bans the use of all weapons, deployment of hardware, special operations, engineer works and unmanned aerial vehicles flights.*jk
