JCCC: Kiev forces fire 3 tons of ammo targeting DPR this week

Donetsk, Aug 20 – DAN. Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire 40 times in the past week, firing 605 rounds, said DPR representative at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) Ruslan Yakubov.

“From August 13 to August 19 the enemy violated the ceasefire 40 times firing 605 rounds, or 3.06 tons or 60 ammo boxes."

Two people were injured, 23 houses damaged.

Ukrainian army actively used 82mm mortars (112 rounds fired), 120mm mortars (98 rounds) and tank guns (3 rounds).

Ukrainian army units expended over 30 rounds targeting DPR in seven ceasefire violation incidents in the past 24 hours. *ot
