Donetsk, May 25 - DAN. Five houses were damaged in Donetsk’s Petrovskiy district in a strike by Ukrainian armed formations on May 24, the Donetsk People’s Republic Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination said in updated reports on Tuesday.
“The enemy fired RPG-7 anti-tank grenade launchers and SPG-9 recoilless guns at the Petrovskiy district, damaging houses and civil infrastructure at 52, 54 and 56/1 Lugovskoy Street, 24A Klimakshin Street and 25A Respublikanskaya Street,” the JCCC said.
The damage was caused to roofs, frontages, walls, windows, doors and fences, it said.
Reports on Monday said that a low pressure gas pipe had been damaged in Lugovskoy Street, while the damage to the electrical substation in Amudarinskayas Street left several hundred households in the settlement without electricity. Repair teams have already restored power supply to this district.*jk
