DPR Prosecutor General’s Office opens criminal case following Gorlovka shelling

Donetsk, Jul 10 – DAN. The Donetsk People’s Republic Prosecutor General’s Office opened criminal case against a senior Ukrainian army commander complicit in the shelling of Gorlovka on July 8, the PGO press service said.

“The commander of the Ukrainian 30th separate mechanized brigade Ivan Garaz ordered Gorlovka shelling with 120 mm mortars.” As a result of the attack, a PTL, garages, vehicles and three houses have sustained damage.

Criminal case is opened under Art.229 s.2, p. a, c (Terrorist Attack).*ot
