Donetsk, Nov 2 – DAN. DPR insists that prisoner exchange with Kiev should be carried out following the "all for all" principle as stipulated by Minsk Agreements, said the Republic's ombudswoman in her comments on SBU (Security Service of Ukraine) head Vasiliy Gritsak statement that Kiev wants to swap prisoners on "one for three" basis.
"We are ready for detainee swap following the format set by the Package of Measures, that is "all for all," she said.
Earlier in the day Gritsak said during his visit to Kramatorsk that Kiev suggested to change three detainees for one Ukrainian serviceman.
