Donetsk, Jun 25 - DAN. Donetsk People’s Republic militiamen downed an unmanned aerial vehicle used by Ukrainian forces to adjust artillery fire at the Republic, DPR People’s Militia deputy commander Eduard Basurin said on Tuesday.
“People’s Militia air defence units shot down an enemy UAV which adjusted 30th Briagade artillery fire at the Republic’s neighbourhoods; we’re displaying it to you,” Basurin said.
The DPR People’s Militia told the Donetsk News Agency that the UAV had been downed on the Gorlovka axis. According to Basurin, it was used by the Ukrainin army to adjust fire in the Gorlovka area where six houses in the north of the town sustained shelling damage on June 23.*jk
