Donetsk, Aug 31 – DAN. Over 1,500 DPR troops took part in military games this week, said DPR Operations Command deputy commander Eduard Basurin. Tank, IFVs crews and communication personnel participated in the maneuvers.
"This week, tank crews drilled using protective anti-radiation, chemical and bio equipment; special-tactics maneuvers included tank crews, IFV crews and communication personnel, 1,500 troops overall."
The drills took place at training ranges at the distance from the front line compatible with the Minsk Agreements.
In June, the DPR conducted first-of-its-kind drill involving all security agencies and 20,000 troops.
In August over 2,500 DPR troops were engaged in battle and artillery firing exercise, the DPR Operations Command said. *ot
