Donetsk, Oct 18 – DAN. Ukrainian Air Force redeployed six military rotary-wing aircrafts to Kramatorsk airfield, which is currently occupied by Kiev forces, in 43 km from the Contact Line, a senior DPR defense official said.

"Six attack helicopters spotted landing in the vicinity of Kramatorsk," said DPR Operations Command deputy commander Eduard Basurin.

On October, 15th Ukrainian president Petr Poroshenko on Chuguevskiy airfield outside Kharkov handed over to the army 157 units of military hardware, including warplanes and transport aircrafts, choppers, armored personnel carriers, tanks, mortars and artillery systems.

Two days earlier DPR Head Aleksander Zhakharchenko accused Kiev of attacking the Republic territory with combat helicopters. DPR leader said the aircraft was shot and landed in the Kiev-controlled territory, according to the Command's update, in Krasnogorovka area west of Donetsk.

Employing combat aviation and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) in 30km-wide zone along the line of contact is banned under Article 7 of Minsk Memorandum, with the exception to OSCE SMM UAVs.
