Donetsk, Oct 12 - DAN. Ukrainian forces shelled Kominternovo village and tried to seize nearby areas, a DPR defense representative said.
"Since the morning Kominternovo is being shelled, mostly with small arms. The enemy also tried to seize areas close to the village," said DPR Operations Command deputy commander Eduard Basurin.
DPR defense authorities report growing escalation in frontline Novoazovskiy district where Ukrainian armed forces shelled residence areas previous days. DPR Operations Command said that there are no the Republic's forces in the southern villages and only civilians suffer Kiev's aggression.
