Donetsk, Mar 21 – DAN. A civilian suffered a shrapnel wound as Ukrainian forces shelled Donetsk-Severniy neighbourhood in southern Yasinovataya on Tuesday afternoon, local administration press service told Donetsk News Agency.
“Today, at around 1:00 p.m. Ukrainian forces opened fire at Donetsk-Severniy, and at 4:00 p.m. reports said a 37-year-old man at 10 Privokzalnaya Street suffered a shrapnel wound. A hit at an apartment house in the same street was recorded as well,” a press service representative said.
She added that the shelling was ongoing and that Ukrainian forces were also firing at Spartak village in Yasinovataya district.
Earlier on Tuesday, reports said a civilian had been injured in Dokuchayevsk. DPR Operations Command noted a tense contact line situation as Ukrainian forces shelled 17 settlements in the Republic over the past 24 hours.*jk
