Donetsk, Dec 13 - DAN. The Donetsk People’s Republic government has increased grants for intermediate and higher vocational education students by 20 percent, the government press service reported.
“The government, at a meeting on Thursday, approved a new edition of the resolution setting the norms for the budget-supported grant fund,” the press service said.
The resolution envisions a 20 percent increase in budget allocations for grants paid to full-time students at intermediate level and higher vocational education institutions.
The document becomes effective on the date of signing and is retroactive to November 1, 2018.
DPR Head Denis Pushilin completed Cabinet formation on December 1. Alexander Ananchenko was appointed DPR government chairman. The government held its first meeting in Donetsk earlier on Thursday.*jk
